High Definition plasma steel cutting

Oxytech Industries is pleased to offer several machining and forming services to compliment our high definition plasma cutting. All of these services are in house and are subject to strict quality standards.

We have full AutoCAD and Solidworks services and all of our products are cleaned and packaged as per our customers’ instructions.

Our knowledgeable staff has the experience to assist you with your steel cutting needs from design concept to finished product and will ensure that you are getting exactly what you need to achieve your goals.

We operate 2 CNC high definition plasma cutting machines with table size 10 x 24 ft and 10 x 48 ft. Our 200 amp power supply enables us to offer continuous cutting from 16 ga to 1 1/2” thick steel with standard tolerances of +/- .015” to +/- .040” depending on thickness. You can send us your AutoCAD/Solidworks file, or provide a detailed drawing of your parts and we will draw it up using AutoCAD or Solidworks.

High definition plasma cutting is preferable to alternate forms of cutting as it delivers a clean, more accurate cut. Projects will be set up with compatibilities of nesting parts for maximum sheet utilization.
